FAQ
1. How often should I bring my car in for preventive maintenance?
We recommend service every 8,000–10,000 kilometers or every six months, whichever comes first. Severe driving conditions—like heavy city traffic or dusty roads—may require more frequent visits. AutoService’s digital reminders and tailored maintenance plans ensure you never miss a critical service interval.
2. What does your warranty cover?
Our 12-month/20,000-km warranty covers labor and parts used in repairs or maintenance performed at AutoService. Genuine OEM components and certified equivalents are included. Wear-and-tear items or damage from misuse are excluded. Any covered issue arising within the warranty term is resolved free of charge.
3. Can I get an engine diagnostic without committing to repairs?
Yes. We offer standalone diagnostic services at a nominal fee, providing a comprehensive fault-code report and recommended repair plan. You can review the findings and choose which services to proceed with, ensuring you make informed decisions without obligation.
4. Do you provide mobile or on-site repair services?
AutoService offers limited mobile services for emergencies—battery jump-starts, flat-tire changes, and minor adjustments—within city limits. For major repairs, we arrange transport of your vehicle to our workshop. Fleet clients can opt for on-site preventive maintenance contracts that include scheduled visits.
5. How long does a typical service visit take?
Routine maintenance—oil change, filter replacement, multi-point inspection—takes approximately 60–90 minutes. More extensive repairs, such as transmission service or engine work, depend on job complexity and parts availability. We provide time estimates at drop-off and monitor progress to minimize wait times.
6. What payment options are available?
AutoService accepts cash, major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. Fleet accounts can apply for net-30 payment terms after credit approval. All invoices are accessible through our customer portal, and detailed receipts are issued for insurance or reimbursement purposes.
